Return Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind. All pest control products are strictly non-returnable once delivered and opened for safety and hygiene reasons.

Replacement Policy

A replacement will be provided for: product damaged during transit, product leaking upon delivery, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product supplied. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only where replacement cannot be provided. If approved, refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
