Return Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind. All pest control products are strictly non-returnable once delivered and opened for safety and hygiene reasons.
Replacement Policy
A replacement will be provided for: product damaged during transit, product leaking upon delivery, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product supplied. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos.
Refund Policy
